Enrolling courses : National Digital Infrastructure for Teachers

I have joined for 5 courses but without my knowledge automatically enrolled for 18 courses .Also the materials are getting downloaded automatically.

One day before I was unable to open the downloaded youtube video materials.

I hv enrollwd for 3 courses but the videos in those courses are not opening

दीक्षा अपने आप हमें कोर्स में जोड़ रही है जो हमारे लिए आवश्यक नहीं है और आपके वीडियो भी कुछ ढंग से प्ले नहीं कर रहे हैं सर आपसे निवेदन है कि दीक्षा एप को हमें अपने आप कोर्स में ज्वाइन करने से रोके हम राजस्थान से बिलॉन्ग करते हैं फिर हमें एमपी के कोर्स में दीक्षा अपने आप क्यों भाग दे रही है

I completed my Diksha course but not received my certificate plz send soon as all have received school needs it urgently.
