Blank certificate issued

Sir Kindly see to it that the certificates i received for cbse training are blank. Please look into this urgent matter as it is a mandatory certificate course and i have to submit them at the school.  Sir please i request you to please upload the correct certificates with my name on it and not the blank certificates. Sir please it s a humble request.

Sir i have completed my NISHTHA Training module 7,8 and 9 but I have received only blank certificates.

Sir I have completed NISHTHA training module 7,8 and 9 in time. I downloaded my certificates but blank certificates were downloaded in which no name, no logo, no signature, no single word was written. Please solve the matter as soon as possible.

I have completed PY_Art Inegrated Learning and PY_Integartion of ICT in Teaching, Learning and Assessment using Diksha App. The app reflected completion of courses also it showed certificate buttons too. But when I am downloading the certificates, it is showing a blank page. Nothing is written or printed on them.
Blank certificate issue, please resolve as soon as possible.

i have completed course on integration of ICT in teaching, learning and assessment and course on art integrated learning on 15 November but certificates not issued yet. Please help.
