I have completed course but not shown 100%

I have completed my course but not able to download my course cirtificate App is showing it only 97 % complete

It is showing 96% complete.At the time of test completion it is showing 100% but few moments later automatically it showing 96%

I completed the 100 % again showing to do Quizes but Quizes completed 3 times. Please help me.
