You can create a DIKSHA content using the video that you have created. There are multiple ways of doing it.

Create the Video
Upload the video to Youtube
Make sure that, if you are uploading Video in youtube , the video should be licensed under a Creative Commons license
Once you have uploaded the video to Youtube create the content using the content editor and add video to your content.
