For each of the TOCs that shows in RED color, you have set the “QR Code Required” field to “Yes”  but NOT provided/Entered a QR Code

If you have set the value "QR Code Required"  to "Yes", then you need to give the QRCode.

2) Set the “QR Code Required” field to “No”
